Rita Anna (Pagnan) Da Maren

She will be missed immensely by the love of her life, her husband Silvano of 49 years and her children Gloriann (Dan) Carlesso, Yvonne (Jeff) Atkinson and Michael (Pamela) Da Maren. Much loved and adored Nonna of Antonio, Sabrina, Alessia and Vincenzo Carlesso; Danika, Kaden and Tessa Atkinson; Dominique, Joseph, Isabella, Stephen and Declan Da Maren.

Rita was predeceased by her parents Angelo and Palmira Pagnan and her in-laws Attilio and Luigia Da Maren.

Treasured sister of George (late Pamela) Pagnan; Gloria (Richard) Larente and Angie (Jay) Dunlop. Sister-in-law to Bill (Franca) Da Maren, late Maria (late Beppi) Manera, Rosetta (late Pietro) Lago, Lina (late Pietro) Bresolin, Gina (late Elario) Martinello, Clara (John) Gazzola, Yole (John) Ostetto, late Reno (Linda) Da Maren, late Berto (Flavia) Da Maren, Rina (Guiseppi) Foscaro of Italy, Fernanda (Mario) Gobbi and Daniela (Walter) Zadro all of Guelph.

Rita will be missed by her Zii in Italy, Johnny (Anna) Cavarzan, Cesira Pagnan and Mario (Mirta) Pagnan and their families as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

We extend our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Joan Chan and to the nurses at Bayshore especially Laura and to the HCCSS WW for guiding us through this difficult time.

Words cannot express our gratitude to Hospice Wellington staff and volunteers. As Rita's journey of life approached the end the compassion, support and care received are beyond remarkable.

The Family will receive guests on Sunday, September 17th, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph. A private family Funeral Mass will take place.
