Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Agatha Godwin .  I have known Rick and Benda for many years and heard about Agatha but did not have the opportunity to meet her.  
May the sorrow you feel in your hearts lighten by the love that surrounds you all during this difficult time.  Know that you will always have the wonderful memories to cherish and comfort you.  She is resting peacefully with loved ones that have gone before her.

7 Richard kids growing up right next door to 6 Godwin kids kept our mothers (Ina & Bubs) very busy while our fathers (Ted & Ed) both worked for Esso & Imperial Oil.
The Romans Ave.  progressive party at Christmas was one of my favorite memories as all of us kids were wondering where the parents were for a change !

Jackie and family, on behalf of the Maplestone  Wednesday Night Volunteers, I want to express our love and respect for your mom Bubbles, as someone said 'the lady with the pearls'.  She was sweet, stoic, beautiful, loved to help out wherever she could;  she loved the music and kept every beat with her hands, smile and her heart.   We will truly miss her. RIP Bubbles, we will feel you looking down on us every Wednesday.

Words cannot express our feelings on the loss you have experienced. We want you all to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.  May you draw strength from one another during this time of sorrow and know that others are sharing your grief. So sorry to hear of the passing of Bubbles.  My husband was in Maplestone and that’s how I got to know her.  I like to listen to her stories about meeting her husband and of her children and grandchildren , she was so proud of you all.  Bubbles was a remarkable lady and I felt blessed to have know her and  she will be sorely missed 

Our deepest condolences to all the family of Bubbles. Bubbles was an exceptional human being and we discovered that when Bubbles was the roommate of my late Mother Dulcie Hoskins 5 years past. Many a good night was with Bubbles and Mother playing cards and enjoying each others company.Mother always said that without Bubbles she would not have made it through the day, how true. We were neighbours for many years, and have many fond memories of her, she will be missed by all that knew her.
Our families were very close,  when I was growing up,
and I will always cherish those memories.

I was saddened to read Aunt Bubbles obituary today.  I believe your mom and her baby brother, Earle, both had those same blue eyes.  I have  very fond memories of your entire family joining us for Boxing Day celebrations on Brigadoon Avenue in the 60’s. Aunt Bubbles passing marks the last of that generation of Hatt siblings…

To dear Carla and family,
          What a lovely photo you chose to share of your beautiful mother, it felt so much like greeting her in person.......with those intelligent , piercing blue eyes looking straight into your soul!
           Bubbles, Ed and I were neighbours for many years and enjoyed one another’s company very much.........with lots of lively chats ,interesting stories and a whole lot of laughter, in fact.............I feel quite sure that every other resident would say the exact same thing about them.........they were well loved indeed!
            They helped make the Building have a real “ Home” feeling for me, an empty nester.........and I appreciated them so much!
         They both possessed that amazing “ Forever Ageless” quality as well, interested in everything ......and in a wondrous  way, like young children do............and Ed, when he got that certain twinkle in his eye looked about 7 or 8 ........honestly!
            They were a devoted couple, with a loving family........and as help was needed Carla was as devoted to them as they were to each other........and because of that.......I gained a good and kindred spirit friend in Carla...............another blessing in my life!
           And now with this Earthly Chapter ended..........they are together again......just as Bubbles longed for, in time for Christmas..........a true Love story............and I rejoice for them...........they lived long, productive and fruitful lives................and shall “ evermore dwell in Paradise “.
         Thinking of you all and sending you comfort and prayers as you move forward now...........without your  Mother’s presence..........a monumental thing.............a huge milestone in Life’s Journey for each of you for sure;  May she live on through you and your actions in the years to come.............and remember...........she is part of the “ Eternal Mystery” now...........and never , ever far away.........my wish is that you can sense that.
