
Born in Newcastle, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Claude and Frances (Maltby) Jardine.
He served as a pilot overseas during World War II flying Hurricanes. Also, serving in the RCAF after the war. Bev was a member of the Maritime Air Crew Association and also a long time member of the Canadian Travellers Association. Bev was a member of Rockingham United church.
He is survived by his wife Margaret (Peggy); daughters Judy, Rae, Jeanne; sons John and Robert; sister Joanne Tozer of Sillikers, NB; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter Beverley-Jo and brother William.
He will be greatly missed by his family.
There will be no visitation. Memorial service will take place at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, on Tuesday, April 10th at 11am, Rev. Vincent Ihasz (Padre) officiating.
