Your Mom was a great lady and I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to have been able to see her & visit with her, (and you too) so long after I moved away and our childhood years had passed.  For me it remains a day to remember and one I shall hold close to my heart forever.

I shall always remember our summer days at Cranberry Lake, watching the Santa Claus parade at your place every year, tobogganing at “The Mountain”, and so much more…and thru it all your Mom was always there for us…all of us!  Whether she was rescuing us from whatever we got ourselves into or trying to keep the lot of us out of trouble looking for a place to play, and even being the neighbourhood taxi, she was always there with a friendly hello and a smile on her face – she truly was a remarkable woman. 
 
You have my deepest sympathy on the death of your mom. I know how important she was in your life and your care and support during these last few years must have brought her great comfort. Your relationship was quite special and while this makes the loss so very painful, I do believe that your closeness and warm memories will bring you comfort. Know that I am thinking of you and your mom and your family during this sad time.

I know Jim was there waiting to lead you off onto another adventure and I understand that you had to go. I will miss you Dianne. You and Jim were a very great part of my life and it's safe to say the things I learned from you two, I still carry with me today. Jim was my best friend, you know that, You were my best friend, you know that too. I will always have those great memories of our younger lives. Rest my friend, you deserve to rest. Love you.
