

Fern Gayle Sceviour passed away peacefully on May 9th, at the age of 77. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Wendy Lea Sceviour, and her son, Kevin Cyril Sceviour; her cherished granddaughter, Krystin Gayle Sceviour; and her son-in-law, Michael Kenneth Watt. Fern was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cyril Sceviour.
Fern was one remarkable woman. In the early years of her career, she dedicated over a decade of service to Zellers, taking on roles ranging from cashier to floor walker. Her love for animals was evident from a young age. She adored dogs and cats, and even had a pet goose named Lucy as a child.
An exceptional cook and a skilled seamstress, Fern also had a fondness for crossword puzzles. She was known for her infectious laugh, her quiet patience, and her gentle, kind spirit. Fern touched the lives of many and left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know and be loved by her.

To respect the wishes of the deceased, there will be no flowers or service. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in memory of Fern in lieu of.
