Florence "Flo" Horne

Born in Yarmouth, she was the daughter of Alvin and Madeline Comeau. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She worked at Simpsons and Zellers. In her younger years, Flo was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending her free time with her bowling league. She loved to dance and sing on stage. She loved being with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosilyn; sons, Gary and Cory; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Helen and Marjorie; brothers, Freddie, Jimmy, Martin, and Pat.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 17 from 7 – 9 pm in J.A. Snow Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 18 at 2 pm in the Chapel at JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, NS B3S 0E1.
