Age 96, of Ivany Place, Bedford, passed away peacefully June 9, 2015. Born in Lunenburg, she was the daughter of William “Billy” and Daisy Slade. She was predeceased by husbands Raymond Wildsmith and Leonard Hill.
She is survived by daughters, Heather (Ron) Winters and Peggy (Gary) Lewis; son, Dana Wildsmith; grandchildren, Wendy, Monica, Mitchell, and Beckie; great grandchildren, Courtney, William, Teagan, Beatrice, Mason, and Corbin; great great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Carleigh.
No visitation by request. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, (902-455-0531). Special thanks to the caring and supportive staff at Fisherman’s Landing, Ivany Place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA or a charity of your choice.
