

Mosher, Glen - age 83 of Halifax, NS passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at Northwood Nursing Home. Born in Newport Station, NS on October 13, 1935, he was the son of the late Halley and Jean Mosher.
Glen worked for a number of years with Imperial Oil in Dartmouth and with the Halifax Dockyard until his retirement. Glen loved sports and was involved in coaching hockey. His second love was baseball. He also loved the outdoors especially fishing, hunting, and gardening. In later years, he loved to travel. Glen will be remembered as a fun-loving, kind and honest man and generous to a fault. He will be greatly missed.
Survived by his wife, Eleanor Comeau; stepdaughter, Gisele Comeau; stepson, Bruce Comeau; 5 step grandchildren; sisters, Myrna LeBlanc and Joan Gibson, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Beulah; brothers, Roger, Victor, and Neil. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 27 from 7-9 pm, and a memorial service on Thursday, February 28 at 3:00 pm, both in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, NS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the IWK Children’s Hospital or a charity of your choice.
