I am the nephew of Gordon Purcell, I was saddened to have come across this today. July 6, 2018. My mother Joyce Smith being his only sister made every effort to keep close to her brother and I can say for certain she admired and loved Gordon very much. Made every effort to include Gordon in as many family & friends gatherings as possible. I can say, I have many wonderful memories of Gordon & Kay growing up and although regular contact was obscure he held a very special place in my, my brother Clifford, sister Sabrena and my wife Jacqueline's heart. I would be most appreciative of speaking with any family regarding Gordon's passing.
