Hanna Elias Dib

Dib, Hanna – 79, of Bedford passed away December 20, 2012, at the Cobequid Emergency Centre. Born in Lebanon, he was the son of Elias and Hanneh Dib. Hanna is survived by his wife Nahad Layoun; daughter, Rita Dib (Joseph Rahme) of Bedford; four sons, Joseph Dib (Abla); Charlie (Jinane); Gilbert, and Paul of Bedford; one sister, Sister Jean D’arc Dib; two brothers, George Dib, and Peter Dib both of Bedford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Hanna was predeceased by his parents Elias and Hanneh Dib; brothers Toni and Joe Dib. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 23, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 24, 2012, at 11:00 at Our Lady of Lebanon Church, 3844 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
