Thank you to the Palliative care team at the CEHHC for keeping mom comfortable in her last days.
Janet worked for Royal Sun Alliance from 1973-2015 and then she worked another 7 years of contract work with Intact Insurance as a charted insurance professional.
She was such a wonderful and beautiful soul; Janet was always there for you. When she was not working, she found enjoyment out of doing puzzles, knitting Christmas socks, fly fishing, and going to auctions. Janet took line dancing and turned out to be the best in the class! In addition to this she also did tole painting. She would complain that it didn’t look very good, but the teacher said the tole fairy would come over night and, in the morning, sure enough, it would look great. Janet loved home makeover shows and enjoyed eating desserts that were as sweet as she was.
