Jeremy and Jacob Brazier

In loving memory of our precious angels, Jeremy Richard Wessell Brazier and Jacob Jr. Ty Wessell Brazier, newborn sons of Jacob Brazier and Chantel Vincent of Halifax, NS who were born and passed away in the arms of their parents on August 27, 2015.

In addition to their parents, they are survived by paternal grandmother, Heidi Brazier of Halifax, maternal grandmother, Kelly Vincent of Dartmouth; maternal grandfather, Jason (Darlene) Vincent of Stephenville, NL and step-grandfather, Samuel Redden of Halifax; uncles Tyrone Vincent of Stephenville, NL and Richard Redden of Halifax; great-grandparents, Wayne and Ursula Veinotte of Lunenburg, NS. John Brazier of Upper Cornwall, NS, Eileen Prosper, Dan O’Brien, Kenneth Vincent and Lorna Vincent and Thomas Froud all of Corner Brook, NL; great uncles, Jeremy (Kara) Brazier of Edmonton, AB and Glenn (Treena) Dawe of Prince George, BC; great aunt Sherry Dawe of Halifax; special friends, Joanne and Kelsey Piper of Halifax as well as many cousins.

A private graveside service will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 4pm at Martin’s Brook Cemetery, Martin’s Brook, Lunenburg Co, NS. Pastor Fred Carr will officiate. A reception will follow at Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Highway 3, Lunenburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the IWK or to the family by contacting Heidi Brazier or Kelly Vincent. Family donations will be used to purchase a headstone.
