Linda and Harry met when they were teenagers. They went on to build a beautiful life together and created a home full of warmth, love and laughter (and some notorious Christmas trees).
She was small in stature yet mighty in countless ways. She was kind, generous, witty and wise, and lifted everyone around her. Her goal was to make people laugh. From close family to complete strangers, she was on a mission to brighten their day with a chuckle.
She will be deeply missed, and lovingly remembered. For the kindness she shared, the laughter she sparked, and the love she gave so freely.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate team at Parkland Clayton Park, Drummond Hall, for the exceptional care and warmth they provided to Linda during her final days. We are forever grateful for the dignity and comfort they ensured she received, as well as the empathy and support they offered to our family.
A reception to celebrate Linda's life will be held Wednesday, December 3, from 10-12pm at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Cremation has taken place and family interment will follow at noon.
In keeping with Linda's community spirit and belief that no one should go hungry or be without supports, donations in her memory to The North Grove are appreciated. https://www.thenorthgrove.ca/donate
