PLUMMER, Marilyn Elaine It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn Plummer, who entered the presence of her Lord on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Marilyn was born in Lower Burlington, Hants County N.S. in 1941 to Embert and Kathleen Sanford. She attended school in Rockingham, Halifax County, and was subsequently employed by the Robert Simpson Company. In 1975 she married John (Jack) Edward Plummer, sealing a beautiful relationship that has endured to this day. Her interests were cooking, sewing, bird-watching and camping. She loved nature and the creatures in it, and she and Jack treasured many outings together surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. Starting at 4 years old she faithfully attended church, and in her younger years was very involved in church activities such as choir, Sunday School and ladies groups. She was always a kind, cheerful person with a great sense of humor. Her delightful story-telling ability was a highlight of family get-togethers. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Jack and her sister Shirley Longard. Family visitation will be Sunday, November 4,from 4-7 PM at J.A. Snow’s Funeral Home, Halifax. Jack ~

Stewart & Sharon and I would like to extend our condolences to you and your family. This is difficult to believe, especially when you and Marilyn had just dropped by and we were chatting, just two weeks ago today, here in Wellington. Mom and Dad always thought the world of you both.

Please know you are and shall remain in our thoughts and prayers.
