

Marshal McPhee, 27, was a devoted and loving father, partner, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
Marshal was taken far too soon and is survived by his partner Courtney and by his loving children Andrew, Shawn, Sophie, and Hudson.
Marshal is survived by his parents; Tracy + Jeff and Charles + Christine, brothers: Michael (Loretta), Spencer (Sigyn), Tyrese and Travon, and his one and only sister Trelyn. He is also survived by his nephews; Jaxson and Logan, his one and only niece Summer, grandparents; Anthony + Helen Gillis, and Mary-Rose MacPhee, as well as many aunts and uncles, cousins, family and friends. His grandparent Bernard McPhee predeceases marshal.
Marshal loved spending time with his children and family. Marshal loved four-wheeling, off-roading, exploring nature, fishing, painting and attending all activities for his children. Marshal made time to make many memories with Tyrese, Trelyn and Travon.
He loved working with his brother Michael; they followed each other for many years. “They were brothers and they were best of friends”.
Marshal loved playing online games with family and friends, especially with Michael and Spencer. He made the time to go hang out, go four-wheeling with Michael and Spencer. Marshal was a comedian at heart and finding humor in any situation when it came to Spencer.
Marshal’s kindness, laughter and unwavering love for those around him has touched so may lives. Whether you knew him as a devoted and loving father, a loyal friend, a cherished son, or a brother, his presence brought warmth, happiness and smiles to those lucky enough to know him. Marshal will be forever loved, missed, and never forgotten.
Lets come together to honor Marshal’s memory and the farewell he deserves on February 13th, 2025 from 6pm-8pm at JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, N.S. B3S 0E1. Cremation has taken place.
Marshal’s family would love to give a special thank you to Courtney, Ami, EHS, Dartmouth General, Life Flight and the 5.2 unit at the QEII and Legacy for Life.
Marshal's family has a heart felt thank you to the staff (Kaleigh, Laura, Svetlana, Sam and Cat) whom all looked after Marshal on the 5.2 unit at QEII hospital. Sam and Cat were amazing and so helpful showing the love and respect given to all of us. You will be forever in our thoughts and never be forgotten.
The family would also love to extend a huge thank you to “Legacy for Life” Melissa and Rhonda. Thank you for all the support and all the love given to Marshal for which he saved three lives that day. Thank you from the core of our hearts. You will be forever in our thoughts and never be forgotten.
