Mary I. Deagle

Born in Westville, NS, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose Madore and Charlotte (Madore) Cyr and step-father Harry Cyr.

Mom was an avid bird-watcher and enjoyed soap operas. She loved spending time with her great-grandchildren and Duffy.

She was survived by daughters Gloria LeBlanc (Rheal), Ottawa, Andrea Shevoley, Halifax, Joan White (George A. White), Halifax; grandchildren Stephen Shevoley, Switzerland, John Scott Shevoley, Edmonton, Marcel LeBlanc, California, Celine Kairouz, Ottawa, Micah White, Rothsay, NB; great-grandchildren Mikyla Kairouz, Layla Kairouz, Luc LeBlanc, Madeline White, Marissa White, and many nieces and nephews.

Belle was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by sister Gertie Melanson, and brothers Harry Madore and Nelson Madore.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Memorial service will be held at a later date in Pictou County.

The family wishes to say thank you for the excellent care given to Mom by the many wonderful nursing staff of Flemming Way, Parkstone Enhanced Care and Dr. Angela Morash.
