Kevin.  I think of Heather often. A truly remarkable woman of great accomplishments.  We all miss her quick -witted  mind and robust laugh.

Kevin, I am so very sorry to hear of your dear sister’s passing.  She was a remarkable  “can do” trail blazer who lived life to the fullest despite physical challenges.  May she RIP.

I met Heather after her ski accident and she was resilient from day one.  Either racing sailboats or golfing, she never let her injury hold her back from her passions.  She was fearless and a doer.  You will be greatly missed, and we can only hope to live up to your standard of community giving.  My condolences Kevin and family.

Justice Robertson was always interested in the larger issues of justice and took a keen interest in my work as publication manager at the courts. She asked plenty of questions and once she understood why and how things worked she was supportive and helpful.  When I began having some mobility issues, I realized how inaccessible the courthouse still was  and admired her ability to navigate a building not designed or properly accommodated for a disability.  She did it with grace . She was  a pioneer and will be missed. 

It was a wonderful way to grow up with Heather walking a lot of us through  not only the steps of sailing but of friendship and life. We will miss her.

A woman who could not be stopped. True Grit! She will be plunging on somewhere.

So sorry to hear of Heathers passing, I knew her professionally. Although I never had a trial in her courtroom, I had 2 excellent settlement conference with her, and she was fair, pleasant, 
 and well prepared
