
Phyllis worked in offices of various companies in Montreal and Halifax. She loved horticulture and worked in the garden to find new species of old favourites. Phyllis had many other hobbies, sewing, crafting, knitting, crocheting, music and especially playing the piano which she enjoyed playing after a stressful day. She was predeceased by her husband of thirty-four years George, who she enjoyed wintering in Florida with sister Olive and brothers Lester and Cyril. She is survived by cousins in England and spread across Canada. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm, Tuesday May 29th in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax (902) 455-0531. Funeral will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday May 30th in the Cathedral Church of All Saints. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lwr. Sackville.
