Dear Keith, Your parents, George & Rita, were wonderful neighbours to my parents, Marjorie & Earl White when they all lived on Berlin Street. Your mother was always so concerned when my parent's health started to fail and she always took the time to ask me how they were, whenever we saw each other. My mother and Rita enjoyed many conversations over the fence and, occasionally they all socialized together and had lovely times. I was saddened to hear of her passing and wanted you to know that our family has warm memories of your parents.

Hello Keith, John and I heard of your Mom's passing.. We are very sorry to hear this news, she was a amazing, kind hearted, loving woman.  We had the amazing honor of having a woman like your mother as a neighbor for many years up until she moved into your home. She watched our son J.P grow up and we all loved her dearly, may you find comfort at this difficult time knowing your mother touched many peoples life's in a loving kind way as that was the woman she was.

Keith:  I was very sad to hear of the passing of your Mom.  She was such a great lady with such a kind heart.  My childhood memories of our family visits were always enjoyed and looked forward to.  Over the years our parents had great times together.  I'm sure you have many happy memories to sustain you during this very sad time.  My sincere sympathy to you and all your family members.

Mrs. Mumford was a dear friend to my mother and our family. I loved her common sense and no nonsense attitude--she always gave such wonderful advice and support when needed. Such a great lady will be missed by one and all.

Hello Keith, Thanks for informing me the other day regarding your Mom (my Aunt) (Rita) passing away.  She had a long and truly strong willed life.  I was always amazed at her ability to live so long on her own (being so self-sufficient) on Berlin St.  She was truly a remarkable lady and I'm proud to have had her as my Aunt.  Unfortunately I wound' be able to make it to the visitations nor the funeral and Mom's dementia makes it not the best to come and bring her there.  It would be too confusing for her. Hello, Keith! Although we have not met for many years, wanted you to know how sorry I am to hear of your Mom's passing. I, too, have many great memories of your folks, at our place in Ottawa and in Halifax. They were always so warm and welcoming and were wonderful life long friends to my parents.
