Ronald Charles Engram

With broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Ronald Charles Engram 76 who passed away September 10, 2026. He was born in Halifax on November 30, 1949, and was the son of the late Gordon and Molly Engram.

Ron was a devoted husband of Pauline for 36 years and was a devoted step-father to Shawn and Ryan, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all.

Ron was known for his dry sarcastic sense of humor, especially towards his brother-in-laws and looked forward to the friendly banter back and forth.

He was an avid sports fan especially when it came to golf which he excelled at and was a life time member of Ashburn Golf Club. He was a long time employee at Sears and retired at Canada Post.

He was survived by wife Pauline and step-sons Shawn and Ryan and sisters Linda and Sharon. He was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Molly and sister Betty.

Our families would like to thank all the medical professionals who provided the care that Ron required over the past 5 years.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Arborstone who have shown unwavering support and dedication to all Ron’s medical needs.

There will be a funeral mass at Stella Maris Parish at 6 St. Michael’s Ave in Spryfield at 11:00 am Thursday September 17, 2026.
