William J. "Bill" Wiseman

WISEMAN, William James "Bill"— 73, passed away early Thursday, December 3, 2009. Bill was the oldest son of Eliza and Levi Wiseman. He is survived by his brother, Baxter, and sister Marion; his companion of 15 years, Anne Crewe; children, David (Marilyn), Anne (Bruce) Belliveau, Cliff (Julie) and their mother, Lois Buscher. He also left behind his wonderful grandchildren, John, Mark, Chelsie and Brittany. Bill has a passion for gardening and life. He made every occasion special with his sense of humour and fun. He had many careers beginning with four years of Army service in Germany, followed by running his Barber Shop on the St. Margaret's Bay Road, retail and housing sales, and ending with over 10 years as a commissionaire, predominantly at Province House. Bill impacted many lives and will be sadly missed. He will remain in the hearts of his family, the Crewe family (Sharon, Karen, Kathy, Tommy, Donnie) and his many friends. Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. Sunday with service 2 p.m. Monday, both in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax. The family would welcome flowers or charitable donations in his memory.
