Yvonne Arden Peden was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Lenora Hall Peden and Thomas Haskell Peden on October 30, 1933. She graduated from Sacramento High School in 1951. She married Kenneth Lee Kelley, and together they raised five children, Jo Lynn Blansit, Theresa Blansit of Hamilton, Karen Walker of Dallas, Leslie Kelley of Norfolk, Virginia, and Michael Kelley of Austin.
Mrs. Kelley was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother, and a member of Barn Church in Hamilton, where she was affectionately known as "Nan."
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lieutenant Kenneth Lee (Rip) Kelley and their daughter, Jo Lynn Kelley Blansit.
A celebration of her life will be held at Barn Church on Thursday, July 14, at 2:00 pm.
