I’m HOME now!! Praise GOD!!! Oh Yeah, My name is Catherine Louise Ellis. I was born on November 27, 1923 in Gibbon, Nebraska. Don’t really remember the weather,

I was kind of young (Ha Ha!) My birth parents were Glen and Bertha Cox. When my Mom remarried later in life, Erich Henke became the best Dad ever. I was married to Harry Ellis and we were blessed with 49 years together. He went HOME on August 2, 1994. So we are re-united AGAIN! Thank you Jesus!

God called me home on Monday June 1, 2015 after giving me over 91 years in this life. I guess you could say, my heart longed for Heaven so much that it finally gave out.

I lived in Apple Valley the last 37 years and previous to that I lived in Orange County.

I had three great children, Harlan, Charlene and Warren. I was blessed with daughter-in-laws, 10 grandchildren and their spouses, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Not to mention ALL of the friends and families that adopted me, and I them, as Grandma!

My kids have made arrangements for my memorial service at High Desert Church, 14545 Hook Blvd, Victorville, CA. It will be Tuesday June 9, 2015 at 10:00 am.

Pastor George Beardsley will be officiating the service.

I loved flowers but I also loved spreading God’s Word through donations to The American Bible Society…so feel free to express your love as you choose.
