He leaves his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth (McBeth) Knox; his son, Anthony Knox; his daughters, Marsha Palomino, Wendelee McDuffie and Merry Knox; his sister Delores Bordeleon and his brother Ralph Knox.
Born and raised in Dayton Ohio, the son of Harlan R Knox Sr and Helen Marie Reiniger.
In his early years, Mr. Knox met and married Elizabeth McBeth in Ohio. His family incrementally moved to California in 1954. He worked and retired from Southwestern Portland Cement Company.
He was an active member of High Desert Baptist Church (original name) continuing through to the presently renamed High Desert Church.
