Bill is survived by his daughter Cyndie Godbey, his grandson Andrew Godbey both of Hesperia and his brother Dick Kearns of Stockton. He is predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Peg Kearns as well as his two sons Richard Latin and Frank Graham.
Bill was born in Stockton California and moved to San Dimas, California in 1967. There he raised 4 children and was very active in raising his grandson, Andrew. Bill and Peg moved to Hesperia in 2002 to enjoy their retirement and spend their golden years with family. Bill was an avid Angels fan and was usually found watching them on the weekend. Bill was loved and respected by everyone he met and was always willing to lend a helping hand or give a word of encouragement.
Bill will be cremated and joined with Peg in Big Bear where they owned a vacation home and spent many wonderful weekends just relaxing and being together. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
