He was 72 years old at the time of passing and is survived by his four children: William H. Noel IV, Heather A. Bacon, Anna P. Silvia and Emily L. Noel. Additionally, he had eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and two half-grandchildren.
He was a resident of Apple Valley, CA at the time of his death and spent the majority of his life in the California area. A veteran of both the Army and Navy, he will be laid to rest at the Riverside National Cemetery on July 3, 2019.
He loved his Country, Ice Cream, Television, Music, his dog Roscoe and of course his Family.
