

Elizabeth (Betty) Nee Postema Forster (age 92) was received by her Savior into heaven on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. She is survived by her son, Daniel Forster, Highland, two daughters Patricia (Brian) Quinn of Richardson, TX, Lynore (Tom) Mathis of Wheatfield, IN, seven grandchildren Michael (Angela) Forster, Kalispell, MT, Michele Forster, Detroit, MI, Mark Forster, Atlanta, GA, Nathan (Catherine) Quinn, Frisco, TX, Amy (Austin) Reese, Mansfield, TX, Brooke Mathis, Wheatfield, IN, Mitchel Mathis, Lowell, IN, one great-grandson Everett B. Forster of Kalispell, MT, numerous nieces and nephew; preceded in death by husband of 65 years, Leslie “Bud” Forster, parents Garrett & Ettie Postema, siblings Henry (Violet) Postema, Anna (Harold) VanGorp, Sarah (Lloyd) Morris, Winnie (Howard) Cartwright, Herman (June) Postema, Melvin (Sarah) Postema, Clifford (Jean) Postema, Susan (Ralph) Douma, Baby Herman Postema, John Postema. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at Lake Hills Baptist Church, with Rev. Phil Humber and Rev. Brian Quinn officiating. Private burial will be at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday, March 11th, 2016 from 3 to 8 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home 9039 Kleinman Rd (two blocks south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN. Betty was formerly employed by Indiana Bell and Thrifty Kleen Dry Cleaners. She was a long time member of Lake Hills Baptist Church. Betty was a godly, compassionate woman who was genuinely kind to everyone. Memorial contributions can be made to the Youth Missions Fund of Lake Hills Baptist Church, Schererville, IN.
