Little Brother of Joyce Cease, step-brother Harold, the late Kathryn Bogren, the late Marie Frances, and the late Diana Marie. He will be missed by his cousins, Janet, Marty, Nancy, Margaret, Kenny, Danny, Patricia, many nieces and nephews as well as his dear friend Leo and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Ginnie Kline and is survived by his girlfriend Sharon Duffy, his companion 22 years.

Francis had a lot of fun friends and they would gather together to watch sports and create memories. He was well respected during his time serving in the U.S. Army for seven years. Frankie loved to fish, enough that he would carry his fishing poles in his car all the time. He was well-decorated with an Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Expert Badge with Rifle Bar.

Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road, Highland, IN 46322.
