Jean Louise Lucak

Jean Louise Lucak, age 90, of North West Indiana, passed away on August 27, 2020. She was born to the late Gerard Arthur and Louise Matilda (Loske) Smith on April 22, 1930 in Cleveland, OH. Jean loved to do arts and crafts, spending time spoiling her grand kids, and playing computer games. She is welcomed in to eternity by her husband, Michael Lucak who passed away in 2015. Jean leaves behind her children; Carol Lucak of Texas, Jeff (Leslie) Lucak of Texas, Paul (Michelle) Lucak of IL; grandchildren, Kyle Lucak of Texas, Candice Lucak of Elmhurst, IL, Stephanie Lucak of Chicago, IL, Brittany Lucak of Chicago, IL and Bradley Lucak of Chicago, IL; siblings, Mary Lou Dyer of IL, Fran Dulmage, of IL, Jimmy Nehas of OH. Friends and family may visit at Kuiper Funeral Home - 9039 Kleinman Rd. Highland, IN 46322 on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 9:30AM - 10AM with a funeral service beginning at 10AM. Rev.
