Jeff in this life was a blessing for many who through his work he has helped  He has been called to come home where we all will  meet again. It was  an honor to know him

You have been laid to rest eternally..And you will be thought of daily, for every time I look at my tat I will remember JEFF WESTERFIELD..I am gonna miss you!!!

Our family was so saddened to hear the news about Jeff. We were neighbors on Burr St. years ago. Jeff and my brother GLenn were childhood friends. We called Jeff Rambo. He was great. He always made  us laugh and was full of stories He loved watching action movies and even dressed and  actied like rambo or bruce ler just  to name a few. Finding out he was a police  officer  just seemed to fit Jeff. He will be missed  by many. It was a blessing to have known him.
MAY GOD give u strength and comfort  through this painful and difficult time. RIP  Jeff.

For Jeff and his family,his band of brothers and sisters of Law Enforcement. I know that this is a very difficult time in all of your lives but I know that the Lord will see each and everyone through this moment. I know that Jeff, will be watching each and everyone of you and protecting you. RIP Jeff you will never be forgotten.

To the Westerfield family, especially Allie, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.  Officer Westerfield was a wonderful man.

The first time my son and I stopped by to drop something off to Denise you took the time to come out and visit. You told us so many jokes we couldn't stop laughing. You listened to what my son had to say with interest. The love in your eyes when you and Denise's eyes would meet. Is something others could only dream for. The joy in your eyes when you spoke of your childern. The softball games, school dances, and special moments that they never will forget. You will be greatly missed by your family, friends and the people you have helped.   RIP JEFF.
