Margarita S. Flores

Margarita S. Flores (nee Mata), age 85, of Cicero, IL, formerly of Indiana Harbor, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016. She is survived by her three sons: Aurelio (Rosalinda) Sada Jr. of Hammond, IN, Anthony Sada of Hammond, IN and Arthur (Catalina) Sada of Lyons, IL; eleven grandchildren: Antonio Villa, Veronica (Rene) Zamora, Eric Sada, Anthony Sada Jr., Andre Sada, Sarita (Sean) Valenta, Matias Sada, Analisa Sada, Sandra Yvette (Raul Alexis) Escanio, George Ramirez and Melissa Ramirez; ten great grandchildren; three sisters: Betty Torres, Mary Silva and Helen Gonzalez; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Flores was preceded in death by her son, Victor Zavalza; parents: Ramon and Ramona Mata; granddaughter, Amber Marie Sada; and three brothers: Joseph, Robert and Charlie Mata. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 29, 2016 DIRECTLY at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5310 Hohman Ave., Hammond, IN with Rev. Richard Orlinski officiating. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.
