Raymond Charles Schau Jr., age 76, of Lake Station, IN passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Joyce; four children: Jeffrey Schau, Steven Charles Schau, Michael Loran (Joann) Schau and Lisa Marie Yost; four grandchildren: Christopher and Taylor Schau, Amber and Jason Yost; two great granddaughters: Kayleigh and Hailiegh; sister, Helen McPeters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Schau was preceded in death by his parents: Raymond Sr. and Zelma Schau. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Rev. Craig A. Forwalter officiating. Interment will follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home.
