Ronald H. Tomczak, age 74, of Birchwood, WI, formerly of Dolton, IL passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017. Beloved husband of 53 years of Patricia A. Tomczak (nee Olejniczak). Devoted dad of Lynnette (Tony) Martinez and Michael (Eleanor) Tomczak. Proud grandpa of Justin (Anna), Camryn, Mallory, Hanna Martinez, Michael, Matthew, Mitchell and the late Victoria Tomczak. Great grandpa to Brody. Dear brother of Barbara (Pete) Petropulos, Diane (late Irvin) Pilewski, late Robert (Joan) Tomczak, late Lorraine (late Conrad) Maday, late Dorothy (late Harold) Kloth. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Loving son of the late Joseph and Anna Tomczak. Visitation will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road, Highland, IN. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Theodore Mens officiating. Cremation will follow service. Ron loved his family more than life itself. Attending family gatherings was very important to him and he was always the life of the party. He was a diehard Bears fan all his life and enjoyed many Sundays watching the games with his late brother Robert. Ron loved spending time with his grandchildren as often as he could.
