Ruth Ann Cheeseman (nee Leininger), age 71, of Gary, IN (Calumet Township) passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015. She is survived by her three sons: Bob (Morgan) Cheeseman of Ohio, Kevin (Allison) Cheeseman of Highland, IN and Brian (Susan) Cheeseman of Ohio; fourteen grandchildren; brother, Verne (Phyllis) Leininger of Indiana. Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Cheeseman. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at Ross Community Reformed Church, 3900 W. 41st Ave., Gary, IN with Pastor Shawn Gerbers officiating. Cremation will follow service. Friends are invited to meet with the family Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN. Ruth Ann was a member of Ross Community Reformed Church and was a retired Special Education Teacher. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
