Jason was always the sweet one growing up & always wanted to hang out with Tammy and I. Will forever remember the good times and your smile & the Fun times at the pool, running around the yard & the Farm.  My thoughts and prayers are with the Family. Love to you all.

Jason and Melinda came into my life when they purchased my home in the midst of my horrific divorce. They were angels to me at that time. They purchased the home before they were ready to move, allowed myself and my children to stay there nearly rent free for almost 6 months while our next home was being constructed. They provided an extra moving truck they had for me to begin the packing process. It was a very painful time for me and it was wonderful to know that there were still people in the world who had a heart. Melinda, I just got out of the hospital after 2 weeks, l am improving, but that is what will keep me from being there in person. Please know that you, your family and Jason's family are in my thoughts. I am so sorry for what you are going through.

26 years ago, I met a kid that was in the car business in Chattanooga. Jason was young, outgoing , funny and  the life of the party. He looked for the best in people and was a friend to anyone he met. Our relationship had ups and downs, but thru the years it endured and we both found a forgiveness that made our friendship special. 

I learned a lot about Jason over the years, how talented he was in his trade...the boy knew CARS! He had an amazing memory and a heart as big as a house. His knowledge of cars was amazing, from lessons learned from his Dad, who he admired and respected more than anyone. The only thing bigger was his love for his Mom,  and he never wanted to disappoint her. His parents taught him how to treat people and be successful with his business. Jason touched the lives of a lot of people and helped many thru some difficult times. 

He bragged that his greatest love and accomplishment wasn't work but it was his family and he was so proud of them. Recently, we talked for over an hour about the 'old days' and reminisced and laughed at ourselves and the fun we always had. The conversations always came back to family. Jason always said how lucky he was to have Malinda for his wife and bragged about his sons and that special daughter who he knew loved him so much. He talked of how proud he was of them, and the young adults they had become, and their accomplishments, (except for Mattie’s driving skills). Malinda was his ROCK and did her best to keep him grounded, (imagine that)! He loved his wife and family more than anyone could ever imagine. I don’t think I know of anyone he wouldn’t call a friend or do anything for. His heart was truly bigger than life. 

Jason was a special person in my life. He will forever be loved and missed by us all. My prayers are with his family during this time and the days ahead. May God help each of you find peace in his passing and forgiveness in your hearts for his faults.

So sorry to hear about Jason he will  be missed deeply. The first time I met him was at a auction, he had a big heart and he was a heck of salesman. Everytime you seen Jason that phone was glued to his ear. Condolences to Malinda Chase, Josh, Maddie and the rest of the family.
