She was a long time resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area.
Debbie was an entrepreneur and world traveler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Sowders; parents, Marvin Holladay and Doris Patrick; and brother, Randy Holladay.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Angel Foster; grandson, Zach Foster; granddaughter, Sarah Foster; her great grandchildren, Taylen and Jadrien Bentley; brother, Dennis Holladay; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Monday September 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM with Rev. Bill Proctor officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday at North Chapel.
