Born in Birchwood, Tennessee to the late Franklin and Bertie Lane Morrow. He served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Delmas retired from DuPont with over 40 years of service. He was a longtime member of East Chattanooga Church of God and currently a member of Redemption Point Church where he loved being in church with his family.
Delmas is survived by his wife of 65 years, Helen Tucker Morrow; children, Karen (Kenneth Leon) Potts, Jan (Rodney) Blevins, Kimberly (Art) Dorto, and Jeffrey D. Morrow; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; sister, Frankie Lockwood.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm on Thursday, January 7, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Del will follow at 3 pm on Thursday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
