Diana, I am so sorry for your loss. I know you will miss her sweet smile, and loving ways. She was such a precious lady. I loved you and her right away, because you both share that warm and loving spirit.

The coming days, weeks, and months you will be lost. I know how much she meant to you. One thing is certain...you put your life on hold to make sure she was well taken care of, and loved. You are an amazing lady, and you got that from your mother.

I love you, and always know I am only a phone call away when you need a friend.

Love,
Darlene

I have many happy memories of conversations with Dollie, and of laughing with her and listening to her amazing stories. Her purity of heart and her unfailing honesty were unmatched, and I can still hear her telling my Dad on numerous occasions that she wanted him to speak at her funeral. He passed in November, but he was always so honored that she had asked. Dad spoke glowingly of Dollie, and greatly valued their years of working together and the friendship and respect they held for each other, as did our entire family. May your memories provide you comfort in this loss, and please know our prayers are with you.

Diana and family I was so sorry to hear about Dollie. I loved her from the moment I met her. Sharing stories of her life and what a hard worker she was. She always mentioned how much she loved working for, and with, her co-workers at Chattanooga Funeral Home. She will always be in my heart. May God sustain you with His Comforting Arms in the weeks, months and years ahead. Remember the good memories. She told me many times that she loved her children and I promised her that I would tell you when she was gone. She loved you greatly.
