Don was born in Spokane, Washington and grew up in Portland, Oregon. Don has been a longtime employee in the Rubber business and is currently the National Sales Manager with Mission Rubber Company in Corona, California. He was an avid golfer, loved football, baseball and basketball. Don formerly coached football for several years at Silverdale Baptist Academy.
Don is survived by his wife of 16 years, Anne Kelley; son, Mike (Julie) Kelley; grandchildren, Kayla and Blake Kelley; step-children, Greg Williams and Leigh Anne (Ryan) Williams; step-grandchildren, Harper and Carys Williams; two sisters, Margaret (Carl) Morrison and Molly (Scott) Hawkins; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, January 5, and 10:30 to 11:30 am on Wednesday, January 6, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Don’s life will follow at 11:30 on Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with Reverend Tony Walliser officiating.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
