Ernestine was a lifelong resident of Signal Mountain and was a member of Signal Mountain Nazarene Church. Tootsie loved The Mountain Opry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Ray Webster; parents, Dalton and Lois Jones and a sister, Bobbie Hawkins.
Ernestine is survived by her four children, Ray Anthony “Tony” Webster and wife Beverly, Mary Alyne Stewart, Charles Dwight Webster and wife Robin and Patricia Darlene Thurman; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; four siblings, Thelma Jean Holloway and husband Ken, Elsie Ewton, Sara Raffield and husband Roger and Jerry Jones and wife Nancy; several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the Chemotherapy Unit at Memorial Hospital for their love and compassion during their mother’s illness.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM on Saturday, 2 to 8 PM on Sunday and 12 to 1 PM on Monday at the North Chapel.
Services for Ernestine will be held at 1 PM on Monday at the North Chapel with Pastor Don Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
