She is preceded in death by her parents, Enoch and Ella Lowe and husband, Harvey Driggans.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy (Jan) Driggans and Johnny (Karen) Driggans; three daughters, Teresa (Jimmy) Houser, Peggy (Steve) Cook and Brenda (Jessie) Ellison; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; close friend, Betty Filyaw.
A visitation will be held at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 5 pm to 9 pm.
A funeral service will be held at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 12 noon with Pastor Bret Yaeger officiating. Interment to follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
