Frankie was born in Princeton, Kentucky to the late Lewis Alexander and Bertha Irene Jackson. She was a graduate of Butler High School in Princeton, Kentucky. Frankie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Emerson Kerr and a daughter, Penny Gay Kerr; brothers, Lewis Jackson, Jr., James Jackson, and Reverend Bobby Jackson.
Frankie is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Bob) Shults; her son, Jimmy Kerr; grandchildren, Tyler and Jeffrey Monroe; great granddaughter, Olivia Monroe; and a sister, Nancy Reese.
The family will receive friends 11 am to 12 (noon) on Saturday, July 9, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services will follow at 12:30 on Saturday at Chattanooga Memorial Park with Reverend Caleb Bolton officiating.
