He was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Karen and parents, J. Tom and Dorothy Currey. He is survived by his brother, Thomas W. (Ann) Currey, son, Thomas E. Currey, daughter, Noelle Currey, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020, at the Wayside Presbyterian Church, located at 2502 Fairmount Pike, Signal Mountain, TN 37377, with Drs. Brian Crosby and Charles Barrett officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wayside Presbyterian Church, 2502 Fairmount Pike, Signal Mtn., TN 37377 or Signal Mtn. Christian School, 808 Key Hulse Rd., Signal Mtn., TN 37377.
