John made life interesting for everyone who knew him. His family and friends lives were richer because of his life. He had a very strong interest in space and music.
Survivors include his brothers, Dr. Charles (Brenda) Hooper, Jr., Dr. Wiley (Rhonda) Hooper, and Tom Hooper; sister, Becky (Bob) Endres; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Hooper, Susan (Eric) Cullison, Dr. Charlie (Nisa) Hooper, Matthew Hooper, Dr. Libby (Jeremy) Nelson, Brooks Hooper, and Sarah Endres; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 4-7 Thursday, November 9, 2017. There will be no funeral services at this time.
