Her passing came just two days after the loss of her beloved husband, Paul David Phillips, marking the close of a lifelong devotion to her family, her friends, and the many people whose lives she touched with her warmth and generosity.
Judith had a way of making her presence known in any room she entered. Her vibrant spirit, bright smile, and effortless ability to connect with others meant she never met a stranger. If you
crossed her path, she spoke to you, welcomed you, and made you feel valued. Her kindness, openness, and genuine interest in people became defining parts of who she was.
Judith worked in the banking industry for many years and remained dedicated to her profession until her retirement. Her work reflected her strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and her natural ability to serve others with patience and sincerity.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Paul David Phillips, who passed away on December 2, 2025, her father, Joseph P. Pittel and her mother, Dorothy Ellen Morris.
She is survived by.
She is survived by her step-son, Blake Phillips and step-daughter-in-law, Jane Phillips, her grandsons, Hunter Phillips and Forrest Phillips.
Judith's legacy lives on through the love she poured into her family and through the countless lives she touched with her sincerity and warmth. Her voice, her laughter, and the unmistakable energy she carried with her will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved her.
