Katherine Moore Dugan, Age 94, passed away on June 27, 2014 at Southern Heritage Assisted Living, where she had resided for the last four and a half years.
She was born and raised in Dade County, but lived in the Fort Oglethorpe and Rossville area most of her adult life. Katherine retired from3M Company. She was a member of the Fort Oglethorpe United Methodist Church.
Katherine was preceded in death by her husband Lawrance M. Dugan; her parents Felton and Rebecca Moore; three brothers Edgar, Bruce and Leon Moore and three sisters Jessie Street, Willie Graham and Clara Opal Patterson.
Katherine is survived by a sister Evelyn Reeves and several Nieces and Nephews
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 3- 8 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel and from 11 am on Monday, June 30 until the time of service.
Funeral Service for Katherine will be conducted at 12 noon on Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joe Green and Pastor Michael Gass officiating
Entombment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contribution can be made in Katherine’s name to the Amedisys Hospice 7205 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37421 or to a charity of your choice
