Kirk was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Margaret Jones.
He leaves behind his beloved daughter Kassandra Jones and three beautiful grandchildren Lachlan Robert, Brynleigh Eira and Briar Rhosyn. Surviving siblings Dr. Kim Jones and Chris Jones.
Kirk was an electronic engineer with McKee Foods for 40 years and loved flying planes as a private pilot. He loved John Wayne movies with his favorite movie being The High and the Mighty. Blue was his favorite color reflecting the depth of his character and soul.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at The Chattanooga Funeral Home on Hwy 153 in Hixson, TN on April 5th, 2025, from 2-4 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the ASPCA, at www.aspca.org or other animal related charities to commemorate his true love of animals of all shapes and sizes.
