Larry was a member of Hickory Valley Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marilyn Harrison Swift; son, Timothy D. Swift, daughter and son-in-law, Heather and William Woolf and two granddaughters, Christian Nicole Avans and Ivey Katherine Woolf all of Chattanooga; two brothers, James R. Swift of Atlanta, GA and Terry L. Swift of Texas; three sisters, Barbara L. Argo, Carolyn Herron and Marilyn Graham all of Atlanta, GA.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, at Hickory Valley Christian Church with the Rev. Dale Lovelady officiating. There will be a private burial held later at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hickory Valley Christian Church, 6605 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 for Financial Peace Univeristy Outreach Program.
