Lucy Colbaugh Williams, 97, of Chattanooga died Thursday May 26, 2016. She was born September 1, 1918 to the late James and Mary Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, S.W. Colbaugh and husband, Russell Williams.
Survivors include her son, Donald (Ruth) Colbaugh; grandson Christopher Allen (Leslie) Colbaugh; great grandsons, Ryan (April) Colbaugh and Brandon Colbaugh; great granddaughter, Natalie Colbaugh; several nieces and nephews
