Lynda Frances Varner Burroughs

She was born on January 1, 1945 in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee. Lynda Burroughs was a loving wife, a caring aunt, a cherished friend, and a beloved believer. She was a long time member of Union Fork Baptist Church. Her unwavering faith in God and dedication to her church and church family was an inspiration to all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edward Varner and Nancy Elsie Varner.

She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of fifty four years, Kenneth Ray Burroughs; Nephews; Butch Burroughs, Dennis Edward Varner and Nieces; Susan Varner Edwards and Allison Varner.

The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, August 15, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Lynda’s life will follow at 1 pm on Thursday at the North Chapel with Pastor Jeff Myers officiating.

Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
